400 ml pumpkin puree

1 can (396 ml) sweetened condensed milk

2 large eggs

1.5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

0.25 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 9-inch pie crust (store-bought or homemade)


Instructions

1. Roll out the pie dough into a 9-inch pie pan and crimp the edges. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
