Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
¾ cup eggnog
½ cup sour cream
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
