Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain excess grease.
3. Stir in the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper, and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until the mixture is creamy and well combined. Remove from the heat.
5. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
6. Spread the cheeseburger filling evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
7. Roll the dough tightly into a log, starting from the long side.
8. Slice into even rollups and place them cut-side up in the prepared baking dish or on the baking sheet.
9. Brush the tops with melted butter.
10. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
11. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving warm.
Notes
Do not overfill the dough or the rollups can split open while baking, causing the cheese filling to leak out before the centers are fully set.
