10 oz linguine or fettuccine noodles

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, sliced thin

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

6 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon oyster sauce (optional)

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Chopped fresh parsley or green onions


Instructions

  • 10 oz linguine or fettuccine noodles
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, sliced thin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with sesame oil.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in hot oil for 2–3 minutes per side. Set aside.
  3. In same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper flakes.
  4. Add noodles back to the pan and toss in sauce. Return steak and mix gently.
  5. Top with sesame seeds and herbs. Serve hot.
