Description

If you’re craving a warm, soft, and flavorful side that brings everyone to the table, these Garlic Knots are your answer. Perfectly golden and brushed in garlicky parsley butter, they offer just the right balance of fluffiness, crisp edges, and herby richness. Whether you’re looking for a quick snack, a dinner side, or something to serve at your next gathering, these are an easy recipe you’ll come back to again and again. Great for pasta night, as a party appetizer, or whenever you need new dinner ideas or food inspiration. These savory knots fit the bill for both comfort food and quick bread lovers.

Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or oil lightly.

2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.

3. Cut dough into 1-inch strips and tie each into a loose knot, tucking ends underneath.

4. Arrange knots on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.

5. While baking, melt butter in a small pan and cook garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

6. Remove from heat, add parsley and salt to the butter mixture.

7. When knots are done, brush generously with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.

8. Serve warm, optionally with marinara for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.

Crescent roll dough can be used as a substitute—opt for the seamless sheet version.
