Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or small cheddar cubes)

For the Dough:

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade pizza dough)

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned, then drain excess grease. Let cool slightly and mix in cheese.
  2. Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Prepare the Dough: Flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a 3–4 inch circle.
  4. Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs: Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold and seal the edges tightly, rolling into a smooth ball.
  5. Brush with Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush onto each bomb. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and sesame seeds if using.
  6. Bake: Place bombs on the baking sheet, seam-side down. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Final Touch: Remove from oven and brush with more garlic butter. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve and Enjoy: Let cool slightly and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
