Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: chopped pickles, cooked bacon, caramelized onions, jalapeños

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Brown ground beef in skillet; season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.

3. Stir in shredded cheese and optional fillings after cooling slightly.

4. Flatten biscuits, add beef mixture in center, and pinch to seal.

5. Place seam-side down, brush with garlic butter, sprinkle Parmesan.

6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.

7. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Make sure each dough ball is well-sealed to avoid leaking during baking.

For reheating, use an air fryer or oven to restore crispiness.
