Ingredients

6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

6 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

Olive oil spray or 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
