Ingredients

2 ½ pounds sweet potatoes

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper


Instructions

1. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into ¼-inch rounds.
