Ingredients
12 baked chocolate chip cookies
12 large marshmallows
12 circles of rolled white fondant or 1 cup melted white chocolate
1 tube black gel icing or 36 mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Bake the chocolate chip cookies and let them cool completely.
2. Place one marshmallow in the center of each cookie. Microwave for 5 seconds to slightly soften.
3. Drape each marshmallow with fondant or drizzle melted white chocolate over them to form ghost shapes.
4. Use black gel icing or mini chocolate chips to add eyes and a mouth to each ghost.
5. Let set before serving or storing.
Notes
Let the cookies cool fully before adding marshmallows or the topping will melt too quickly.
If using white chocolate instead of fondant, allow it to cool slightly so it drips slowly and holds shape.
