1 lb potato gnocchi

2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup peas
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
