340g linguine pasta

450g boneless skinless chicken breasts

4 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

100g grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguine until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, drain and set aside.

2. Cut chicken into strips or cubes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
