Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 cup nacho cheese sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp butter (for grilling)
Optional toppings: sour cream, hot sauce, diced onions, jalapeños, crushed tortilla chips
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef until cooked through.
- Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
- Warm the tortillas to make them flexible.
- Spread nacho cheese in the center of each tortilla.
