Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1/2 cup water

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 large flour tortillas

2 tbsp butter (for grilling)

Optional toppings: sour cream, hot sauce, diced onions, jalapeños, crushed tortilla chips


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef until cooked through.
  2. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Warm the tortillas to make them flexible.
  4. Spread nacho cheese in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Add seasoned beef, cheddar, mozzarella, and any optional toppings.
  6. Fold sides and roll tightly to form burritos.
  7. Heat butter in a skillet, place burritos seam-side down.
  8. Grill each side for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Slice and serve hot with desired dips.
