Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup blueberries
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease or line a 12-cup muffin pan.
2. Add the cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
