Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced white onion

1 cup dill pickle chips

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon sweet relish

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain fat and season with salt and pepper.

2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to make the sauce.

3. Lay out tortillas. Spread sauce, then top with beef, lettuce, onions, pickles, and cheddar cheese.

4. Fold in sides and roll into a wrap.

5. Heat a skillet or panini press and grill wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

6. Slice and serve warm with extra sauce.

Notes

Grill the wrap seam-side down first to help seal it closed.

Use pre-shredded lettuce and chopped onions to save time.
