3 ripe avocados

0.25 cup finely diced red onion

0.25 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 lime, juiced

1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Dice the red onion and cilantro finely. If using jalapeño, remove seeds and chop finely. Set aside.

2. Slice avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a bowl.
