Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour

2 large eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup honey
1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)

Instructions

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients; stir until just blended.
5. Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Let cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
