Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (plus more for topping)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment.

- In another bowl, whisk butter and sugar until combined. Add eggs, then sour cream and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry mix into wet mix until just combined.
