8 cups cubed day-old brioche or French bread
6 large eggs
1 ½ cups whole milk
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

½ cup brown sugar
Instructions
