Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 jalapeños, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Topping:
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
Garnish (Optional):
Sliced jalapeños
Chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and chopped jalapeños until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased 8×8-inch baking dish and smooth out the top.
- In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon (if using).
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb topping evenly over the dip.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with sliced jalapeños and green onions.
