Description

This creamy, cheesy, and slightly spicy Jalapeño Popper Dip brings all the flavors of classic jalapeño poppers into one irresistible dish. Perfect for parties, game nights, or any occasion, it’s quick to make and sure to be a hit!


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

4 jalapeños, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Topping:

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)

Garnish (Optional):

Sliced jalapeños

Chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and chopped jalapeños until evenly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased 8×8-inch baking dish and smooth out the top.
  5. In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon (if using).
  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumb topping evenly over the dip.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with sliced jalapeños and green onions.
  9. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies. Enjoy!
