Ingredients

450g ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated onion

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 large egg

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons oil for frying


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated onion, garlic powder, paprika, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix just until combined.

2. Form the mixture into 6–8 even patties and place on a lined tray. Chill for 10–15 minutes.
