1/3 cup evaporated milk (divided)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
60 caramel squares, unwrapped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions
