Cake:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Lemon Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt or round 9-inch cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in lemon juice and zest.
- Alternately add dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture. Mix gently until combined.
