340g bowtie pasta

450g boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
