Ingredients
8 oz fusilli pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil the fusilli pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat if needed.
