Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small red onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup sliced olives
2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
