Ingredients

2 (6 oz) cans wild-caught salmon, drained and flaked

1/3 cup finely chopped red onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour)

2 large eggs

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil (for pan-frying)
