2 tablespoons butter (for chocolate layer)
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter (for mint layer)
1 teaspoon mint extract
2 to 3 drops green food coloring (optional)
½ cup chopped Andes mints or chocolate pieces (for topping)
Instructions

2. In a saucepan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with half the can of condensed milk and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Pour the chocolate mixture into the lined pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate until slightly firm (about 20–30 minutes).
4. In another saucepan, melt white chocolate chips with the remaining condensed milk and 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir until smooth.
5. Remove from heat and mix in mint extract and green food coloring.
6. Pour the mint layer over the chilled chocolate base and smooth the top.
7. Sprinkle chopped Andes mints or chocolate pieces over the mint layer.
8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely firm.
9. Once set, lift out the fudge and cut into squares.
10. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
Notes
For clean slices, use a sharp knife dipped in hot water and wiped dry before each cut.
You can freeze the fudge for up to 3 months—just wrap tightly and thaw in the fridge before serving.
