Ingredients
1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
8 oz rigatoni pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rigatoni until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in batches for 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.
