Ingredients
8 baked cinnamon rolls
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp ground cinnamon
12 oz milk chocolate melting wafers
4 oz white chocolate melting wafers
2 tbsp crushed cinnamon sugar crumbs
Instructions
1. Break the baked cinnamon rolls into pieces and pulse them in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
2. Add the softened cream cheese and ground cinnamon, then blend until the mixture becomes smooth and holds together when pressed.
3. Scoop and roll the mixture into 18 even truffle balls.
4. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and chill for 20 to 30 minutes until firm.
5. Melt the milk chocolate melting wafers until smooth.
6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted coating and place back on the tray.
7. Melt the white chocolate melting wafers and drizzle over the tops.
8. Sprinkle with crushed cinnamon sugar crumbs before the drizzle sets.
9. Chill briefly or let stand until the coating is fully firm, then serve.
Notes
Do not skip chilling the truffle centers before dipping, or they can become too soft and fall apart in the melted coating.
