Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 9-inch pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1/4 cup chopped pickles
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare a pie dish or oven-safe skillet with non-stick spray.
2. Press pie crust into dish and crimp the edges. Set aside.
3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
4. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Let it cool slightly.
5. Spread the beef mixture evenly into the crust.
6. In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk, then pour over beef layer.
