Ingredients
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
8 oz rotini pasta
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a bit of oil.
2. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, bring salted water to a boil and cook rotini pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4. Melt butter in the skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
6. Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix to coat.
8. Fold steak bites back into the pan. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the skillet when searing the steak—cook in batches for the best crust.
Reheat with a splash of cream to bring back the creamy texture without drying it out.
