8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup powdered sugar

16 Oreo cookies


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until glossy.

3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then whisk until smooth.

4. Mix in the cocoa powder and red food coloring until fully combined.

7. Spread half of the red velvet brownie batter into the prepared pan.

8. Gently spread the cream cheese mixture over the batter.

10. Cover with the remaining brownie batter and smooth the top.

11. Bake for 32 to 38 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is mostly firm.
