For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp olive oil
For the Garlic Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Pound chicken to even thickness. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Bread the Chicken: Set up dredging bowls: flour, eggs, and panko-Parmesan mix. Coat each piece in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
