Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (optional)
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, diced
4 green onions, chopped
1 head butter lettuce or Bibb lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions
1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add ground chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili garlic sauce if using.
4. Add water chestnuts and green onions, stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Spoon the chicken mixture into individual lettuce leaves.
