Whether you’re looking for a quick dinner, easy recipe, comfort food, or just creative food ideas, this creamy pasta is the answer.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)

1 medium green bell pepper, chopped

1 small yellow onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 ounces cream cheese

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup beef broth

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.

2. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 4–5 minutes until softened. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

3. Cook elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

4. Reduce skillet to low heat and stir in the cream cheese and beef broth until smooth and creamy.

5. Mix in the cooked pasta, then add provolone and mozzarella. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is combined.

6. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot, or broil briefly for a golden cheesy crust.

Notes

Use a mix of provolone and mozzarella for the best flavor and melt.

Add mushrooms or hot peppers if you want extra flavor or spice.
