Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

20 slices pepperoni
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, divided
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil or cooking spray
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
