Ingredients
12 pretzel slider rolls
1 lb sliced corned beef
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup drained sauerkraut
1/2 cup thousand island dressing
4 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Slice the pretzel rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms attached.
3. Place bottom halves in the baking dish and spread thousand island dressing evenly.
4. Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on top.
5. Add more dressing if desired, then place the top halves of rolls back on.
6. Mix melted butter with garlic and onion powder, then brush over roll tops.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
8. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until tops are golden.
9. Let cool slightly, then slice and garnish with parsley if using.
