2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 apples, diced

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed (for crumble)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a springform pan with parchment and foil wrap.
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar; press into pan. Bake 10 minutes and cool.
3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, then eggs one at a time. Fold in sour cream.
