1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup oil for frying or cooking spray for baking
3/4 cup BBQ sauce (thick and tangy)
1 tbsp chopped chives (optional)
Instructions
