Ingredients

2 medium zucchini

1 pound ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 large eggs

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Shred the zucchini, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes. Then press out excess water using a clean towel.
