Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon hot sauce (your favorite brand)

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Dijon mustard, and honey until smooth.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice, mixing well to incorporate the flavors.
  3. Stir in the smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
  4. Pour in the hot sauce and mix thoroughly, adjusting for spice preference.
  5. For an extra smooth consistency, blend the mixture for about 30 seconds using an immersion blender or standard blender.
  6. Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using to allow the flavors to meld together.
