Ingredients
85 g all-purpose flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
100 g granulated sugar
120 ml buttermilk
60 ml vegetable oil
1 large egg
2 tsp red food coloring
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp white vinegar
6 chunks semi-sweet chocolate
powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease your skull silicone molds.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
3. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, egg, oil, buttermilk, red food coloring, vanilla, and vinegar until smooth.
4. Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
5. Fill each mold halfway, press a chunk of chocolate into the center, then cover with remaining batter.
