Ingredients

6 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs

1 cup BBQ sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.

2. Mix onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Rub over chicken thighs.

3. Place seasoned thighs in the slow cooker, skin side up.

4. In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Pour over the chicken.

5. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender.
