Ingredients

0.5 cup honey

0.5 cup soy sauce

0.25 cup ketchup

4 cloves garlic, minced

0.25 cup low-sodium chicken broth

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons green onions, chopped (optional)

1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, and chicken broth until smooth.

2. Place the chicken thighs into the slow cooker in an even layer.

3. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.

4. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is fork-tender.

5. Remove the chicken and set aside. Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the sauce. Turn the slow cooker to high and cook for 10–15 minutes until thickened.
