1.5 pounds steak (chuck or sirloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
5 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup beef broth
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)

Instructions
- Cut steak and potatoes; dice onion and mince garlic.
