Ingredients
32 oz frozen meatballs
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks (with 1/4 cup juice)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Place the frozen meatballs into the slow cooker.
3. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs and add the pineapple chunks along with some juice.
