1 ½ cups (300g) packed light brown sugar
½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 ¼ cups (280g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup (175g) white chocolate chips

2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease lightly.
