Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon red food coloring
1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions

6. Fold in white chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
7. Scoop tablespoon sized portions onto prepared baking sheet spacing 2 inches apart.
8. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are set and centers remain soft.
9. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Do not overbake the cookies. Remove them when the centers still look slightly soft to keep them perfectly chewy.
