Ingredients
1 lb salmon fillets, cut into chunks
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
2 cups cooked white rice
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced (grilled or fresh)
2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds (white or black or both)
1 tbsp vegetable oil (for searing salmon)

Instructions
